But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ezequiel Ceballos couldn't finish the play. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Ceballos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dustin Zentner's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dustin Zentner helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th match minute, Vilo Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dustin Zentner to maneuver through the defense. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Stefan Warka managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vilo Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Stefan Warka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vilo Futbol Club's Fabian Emeterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Holweck in the 23rd minute of play. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Ceballos, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Vilo Futbol Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hugo Gonzáles in the 25th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ezequiel Ceballos in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Vilo Futbol Club's Ezequiel Ceballos. But to his dismay, Ezequiel Ceballos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 33 minutes into the match, Stefan Warka notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Ismael Guilabertus sent off a good shot on target. Silverio Dino made in the 38th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Hugo Gonzáles.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ezequiel Ceballos made a kick off. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Ismael Guilabertus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Ismael Guilabertus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tommy Kahn having to make a save. In the 59th match minute, Vilo Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Cordareo to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Germany's Linus Schwerner got a free kick in the 62nd minute. The supporters of Vilo Futbol Club booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janik Vogt didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Stefan Warka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Gonzáles made a great header on Vilo Futbol Club's corner, it was just that Germany's Tommy Kahn managed to reach the ball for a save. After having played for 92 minutes, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albin Holweck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stefan Warka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Vilo Futbol Club fully deserved thier win.
