Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Petros Mousa got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Pepe Santoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Hungary's Antal Valentin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pepe Santoro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by He Qiang in the 9th minute of play. INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Norberto Fresco in the 11th minute. Pepe Santoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 22nd minute of play. Fodor Daniel had in the 47thth minute some difficulties stopping Norberto Fresco's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hungary were winning 0-3.

Benedicto Lesardo hit a great ball. 83 minutes into the match, INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Balazs Lajos came free, but Pepe Santoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Takacs Tibor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Takacs Tibor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pepe Santoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pepe Santoro was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Major Barna capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Major Barna really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. The supporters of INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Major Barna didn't get a good kick on the ball. He Qiang kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB.
