When Frank Sachs fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Frank Sachs a yellow card for diving instead. After 66 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Frank Sachs. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aldo Felipo's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Edgardo Patxi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patryk Dubilas, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute.
