Enzo Del Pizzo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Enzo Del Pizzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Portugal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Aniol Peña scored to the left of an out of position Wilson Amorim, making the score, 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

Portugal's Daniel Pimentel quite brazenly broke a throw-in by İlyas Seçkiner, made in the 51st minute of the game. In the 55th minute Aniol Peña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. JEMBer UTara's Enzo Del Pizzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 58th minute of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Felipe Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portugal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Barreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wilson Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Portugal's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
