With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Hermenegildo Torrente tried to sneak it across the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Hermenegildo Torrente dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn, 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Estevao Gavilanes got free with Tommy Kahn in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
