Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Behçet Vezir started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Ferenc Puskás recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Keld Paulsen. Ferenc Puskás showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When Haşmet Ak fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored the end's protests and gave Haşmet Ak a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes the end got a freekick which was hit by Haşmet Ak. In the 23rdth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but the end's Aziz Şentürk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Serbülent Tokuş came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Denmark's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ahmet Emir Akduman was slow to take the kick. During this time the end's players had a chance to rest. In the 28th minute Bertram Svenningsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aziz Şentürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Denmark's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Serbülent Tokuş fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game was made by Mümtazer Cumali with Anıl Baran Tamkut as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Keld Paulsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Behçet Vezir went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Denmark's Simon Bendtsen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ahmet Emir Akduman, made in the 36th minute of the game. Bertram Svenningsen struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Aziz Şentürk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. Behçet Vezir came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Keld Paulsen could save by the left post. 41 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Serbülent Tokuş came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafet Ergümen hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chris Nygaard made a kick off. Denmark's attentive Mikkel Wulff managed to snatch the ball when Ahmet Emir Akduman made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. The throw-in from Mümtazer Cumali in the 54th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Simon Bendtsen. Lars Steen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aziz Şentürk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Mikkel Wulff managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikkel Wulff was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aziz Şentürk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rafet Ergümen got his second yellow card in the match during the 62nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, the end's Rafet Ergümen got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 64 minutes into the match, Denmark's Mikkel Wulff broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 65th minute, Haşmet Ak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Behçet Vezir scored 4-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Keld Paulsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 71st minute, Bertram Svenningsen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aziz Şentürk was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 76th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aziz Şentürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mikkel Wulff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Behçet Vezir in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 85th minute of play forced the end's goalkeeper Aziz Şentürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 minutes, Mustafa Ali Erginer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the the end and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mustafa Ali Erginer kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Ferenc Puskás hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match.
