Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Peletier started the match with the kick off. Peder Sarstedt in the 2ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maxime Durand, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 6th minute Huvudstaden were awarded a corner. Patrik Heggert went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 13thth minute of the game Peder Sarstedt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by France's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Patrik Heggert was slow to take the kick. During this time Huvudstaden's players had a chance to rest. Huvudstaden's Peder Sarstedt got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peder Sarstedt in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxime Durand saved France from getting behind. In the 26th match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camille Baume to maneuver through the defense. Maxime Durand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peder Sarstedt's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. David Barbier struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Bengt Apelquist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for France. 32 minutes into the game, Remy Dupuy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Bengt Apelquist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Peder Sarstedt did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Maxime Durand 35 minutes into the match. Maxime Durand was a little too slow when Peder Sarstedt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 3-1. In the 40th minute Patrik Heggert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 43 minutes, Peder Sarstedt made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. France's Maxime Durand tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peder Sarstedt made a kick off. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peder Sarstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Tage Rudqvist ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peder Sarstedt in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxime Durand saved France from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in France's zone, Tage Rudqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxime Durand came out of the goal and Tage Rudqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peder Sarstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96thth minute of the game Peder Sarstedt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Huvudstaden were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of France for a fine match.
