Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Viriato Moura made the kick off which started today's match. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Efthimis Stamatiadis in the 3rd minute of play. Rafael Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 8th minute of the match, Michalis Kasselakis tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wilson Amorim saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Viriato Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot. Portugal's supporters rose to their feet, but Viriato Moura was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thibaut Courtois breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thibaut Courtois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Pimentel in the 10th minute of play. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Leão, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Raul Caetano kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Tabachana F.C.'s Panos Pachopoulos broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 16 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michalis Kasselakis. In the 20th play minute Rafael Leão came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Wilson Amorim. 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, Tabachana F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Thibaut Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thibaut Courtois stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Barreto's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute of the match Portugal got a corner. Tabachana F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Felipe Barreto ran over to the corner to take the kick. Caetano Moreira made a great header on Portugal's corner, it was just that Tabachana F.C.'s Thibaut Courtois managed to reach the ball for a save. When Valentinos Balaouras fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tabachana F.C.'s protests and gave Valentinos Balaouras a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tabachana F.C. getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Valentinos Balaouras hit a great ball. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thibaut Courtois. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. Thibaut Courtois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 30th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Rafael Leão could shoot a difficult shot in the 34th minute, which Wilson Amorim however easily saved by the left post. In the 34th minute Sakis Karpetopoulos suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felipe Barreto during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Felipe Barreto got a free kick in the 36th minute. The long shot by Loukas Panagiotopoulos in the 36th minute really tested Wilson Amorim's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Thibaut Courtois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38thth minute of the game Felipe Barreto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tabachana F.C.'s Thibaut Courtois was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 44th minute Rodolfo Miranda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thibaut Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 minutes, Panos Pachopoulos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tabachana F.C. and the Portugal players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 45 played minutes Tabachana F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Panos Pachopoulos. Viriato Moura took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thibaut Courtois. Thibaut Courtois dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After the first half Portugal were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael Leão stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Stathis Kaligoulas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tabachana F.C.'s Thibaut Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Leão came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 57 minutes into the game, when Michalis Kalamaridis put in a rough tackle. Michalis Kalamaridis kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Caetano Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute of the match Loukas Panagiotopoulos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wilson Amorim showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thibaut Courtois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michalis Kasselakis in the 64th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Panos Pachopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Amorim having to interfere. Portugal made a substitution. Thibaut Courtois was a little too slow when Daniel Pimentel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 2-5. 93 minutes into the match, Graciano Coutinho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thibaut Courtois, 2-6. In the 96th minute Michalis Kasselakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Portugal supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Portugal would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
