Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Fabiano Leão in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Armstrong prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 9 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Crew's goal looked a bit too open when Oséias Palmeira came free, but Patrick Armstrong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peter Linkhorst kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oséias Palmeira in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patrick Armstrong saved ManagerZone Crew from getting behind. In the 23rd minute, Oséias Palmeira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrick Armstrong was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Oséias Palmeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patrick Armstrong. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oséias Palmeira ran back to his position shaking his head. Borussia Dortmund MZB's Jiang Chao Di played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 31st minute of play. After some careless play in the ManagerZone Crew defense, Oséias Palmeira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrick Armstrong. The ManagerZone Crew fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Armstrong should have stopped the shot. In the 39th match minute, Borussia Dortmund MZB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Hever to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oséias Palmeira in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Armstrong prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the ManagerZone Crew defense, Luís Fabiano Leão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrick Armstrong. The ManagerZone Crew fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Armstrong should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Peter Linkhorst to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Borussia Dortmund MZB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guga Capixaba to maneuver through the defense. In the 52nd minute of the match Adrian Våleman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jiang Chao Di showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. It was a well-played corner which Cui Qian Jun managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After 73 minutes of play, Borussia Dortmund MZB's Gernando Pernambucano made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrick Armstrong was left in no man's land by his defense there! Patrick Armstrong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gernando Pernambucano, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute, LeBron Naldo made a precise shot to the right of Patrick Armstrong. ManagerZone Crew's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. In the 81st minute, LeBron Naldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thorbjörn Olerius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jiang Chao Di having to interfere. Jiang Chao Di showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Ununger, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Gernando Pernambucano was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 94th minute. Borussia Dortmund MZB's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Borussia Dortmund MZB's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
