Patrick Armstrong made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peter Linkhorst made a kick off. Borussia Dortmund MZB's Cui Qian Jun managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Marcus Majewski in the 51 minute of the game. In the 75th match minute, ManagerZone Crew was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Sjöstrand to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Crew's goal looked a bit too open when Gernando Pernambucano came free, but Patrick Armstrong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund MZB's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Ununger came free, but Jiang Chao Di reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, LeBron Naldo made a precise shot to the right of Patrick Armstrong. ManagerZone Crew's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. Cui Qian Jun hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. A collision led to Borussia Dortmund MZB getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. LeBron Naldo hit a great ball. When the match was over Borussia Dortmund MZB could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ManagerZone Crew throughout the match.
