Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Viriato Moura took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the game, Felipe Barreto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Portugal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Minerul Baita -MM- the free kick. In the 2nd match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Barreto to maneuver through the defense. Nistor Maghiar came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Portugal's Felipe Barreto. But to his dismay, Felipe Barreto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nistor Maghiar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. 15 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Nistor Maghiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nistor Maghiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Nistor Maghiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Portugal were awarded a corner. Felipe Barreto went to the cornerflag to take it. Felipe Barreto made a great header on Portugal's corner, it was just that Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar managed to reach the ball for a save. After 21 played minutes Felipe Barreto shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar to catch but Felipe Barreto was lucky. It became 1-2 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Allan Shearer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciprian Alexe in the 26th minute of play. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Gheorghe Birișu pulled a muscle in his leg after 30 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Daniel Pimentel fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Portugal's protests and gave Daniel Pimentel a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Minerul Baita -MM- booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Pimentel didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Daniel Pimentel hit a great ball. Wilson Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Allan Shearer in the 32nd minute. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niculae Şantău in the 32nd minute of the match. When Felipe Barreto was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 39 minutes had been played. The supporters of Minerul Baita -MM- booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Barreto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Shearer in the 41st minute of play. Wilson Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Allan Shearer's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. With a little luck, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar got control of the ball when Daniel Pimentel tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th minute, Allan Shearer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Minerul Baita -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. If Niculae Şantău had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciprian Alexe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Amorim having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Niculae Şantău came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Frederik Dhondt came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilson Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
