France's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Kent Remme scored to the left of an out of position Maxime Durand, making the score, 1-0. AEK FC's Leonard Sandvær was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 7th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Remme in the 12th minute of play. Kenneth Knudsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Peletier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. France's Frank Peletier got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Peletier in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kenneth Knudsen saved AEK FC from getting behind. Kenneth Knudsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Peletier in the 23rd minute of the match. Henrik Tjelle hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Camille Baume had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kenneth Knudsen. AEK FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Camille Baume was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kent Remme in the 38th minute of the match. Frank Peletier took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kenneth Knudsen. Kenneth Knudsen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Maxime Durand was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Kent Remme capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kent Remme really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. France's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Kent Remme scored to the left of an out of position Maxime Durand, making the score, 4-2. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-2.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Peletier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Frank Peletiers short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Kenneth Knudsen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 54th minute of the match France got a corner. AEK FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. David Barbier ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Frank Peletier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to France getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Quentin Beaux hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Kent Remme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to AEK FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Steve Triganza hit a great ball. When France's Frank Peletier in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AEK FC's goalie prevented a goal. When Camille Baume came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the France fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camille Baume couldn't finish the play. Frank Peletier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kenneth Knudsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kent Remme in the 71st minute of the match. After 75 minutes AEK FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was David Barbier who took care of the corner kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Camille Baume managed to get in a good position for a shot. France's supporters rose to their feet, but Camille Baume was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kenneth Knudsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When 任远兴 fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AEK FC's protests and gave 任远兴 a yellow card for diving instead. After 77 played minutes AEK FC got a freekick which was hit by 任远兴. Camille Baume fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenneth Knudsen having to interfere. 81 minutes into the game, AEK FC's Kent Remme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maxime Durand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Steve Triganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Maxime Durand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Remme came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Peletier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Kenneth Knudsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Remme came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes in the game Henrik Tjelle did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Kent Remme.
