Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lucio Siekkötter started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Siekkötter came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Lei Feng Yan got a free kick in the 5th minute. Lucio Siekkötter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Breno Vergílio sent off a good shot on target. In the 15th play minute Krisztián Véber came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Wilson Amorim. 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, Portugal's Felipe Barreto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esen Sanal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Esen Sanal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 25th minute of the match. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Faustino Almeida hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Breno Vergílio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.E.R. Caxias do Sul fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. When Portugal's Felipe Barreto in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho de Senna in the 38th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esen Sanal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 41st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Viriato Moura put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Esen Sanal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viriato Moura to make the kick off. Esen Sanal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Esen Sanal got control of the ball when Felipe Barreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lucio Siekkötter took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lei Feng Yan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Siekkötter in the 67th minute of play. Rodolfo Miranda's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Esen Sanal firmly grabbed it by the left post. Esen Sanal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Pimentel in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's goalkeeper Esen Sanal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Esen Sanal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabricio Andrade in the 76th minute of the match. Esen Sanal came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Portugal's Felipe Barreto. But to his dismay, Felipe Barreto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Portugal's Daniel Pimentel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Wellington Fonseca in the 84 minute of the game. Breno Vergílio kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Bartolomeu Dias took a quick shot and it went in 4-3 without a chance for Esen Sanal to make any attempt to save it. Esen Sanal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felipinho Amorim showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-4 in the 89 minute of play. Lei Feng Yan hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Caetano Moreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esen Sanal having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
