Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) FC Buzău's Ciprian Ghioane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 7th minute of play. Călin Șora's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Călin Șora helped the player get up and apologised. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Ciprian Ghioane didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. In the 14th match minute, FC Buzău was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Călin Șora to maneuver through the defense. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Zgondea in the 19th minute of play. Ciprian Ghioane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Doru Apostol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Buzău's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. Doru Apostol hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute of the match Takacs Tibor shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ciprian Ghioane showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciprian Ghioane having to interfere. A collision led to FC Buzău getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Grigore Hulubei hit a great ball. Antal Valentin scored 0-1 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ciprian Ghioane, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antal Valentin made a kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. FC Buzău's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ciprian Ghioane quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Katona Janos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ciprian Ghioane having to make a save. Katona Janos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciprian Ghioane read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to FC Buzău getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Ionel Lung hit a great ball. In the 57th minute of the match, Katona Janos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ciprian Ghioane saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Ciprian Ghioane made a huge save. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after FC Buzău's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. Antal Valentin made a great header on Hungary's corner, it was just that FC Buzău's Ciprian Ghioane managed to reach the ball for a save. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 67 minutes into the game, Luca Inculeț was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Buzău's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. After 67 played minutes FC Buzău got a freekick which was hit by Luca Inculeț. After some careless play in the FC Buzău defense, Antal Valentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciprian Ghioane. The FC Buzău fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciprian Ghioane should have stopped the shot. 85 minutes into the match, FC Buzău's goalkeeper Ciprian Ghioane had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Hungary's Major Barna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ciprian Ghioane narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciprian Ghioane. Ciprian Ghioane dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
