Sten Helström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Higinio Garci kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Ivan Sjögren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 37th minute of play. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 38th minute. The corner led Hungary's Antal Valentin to fire away a dangerous shot which Ivan Sjögren despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. FC Zorro's Ivan Sjögren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 40th minute of play. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fathoni Andrich in the 42nd minute. Ivan Sjögren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 43rd minute of the match. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fathoni Andrich was the one to do the kick off. Ivan Sjögren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 50th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fathoni Andrich in the 52nd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ivan Sjögren quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Måns Holmberg kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Måns Holmberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Måns Holmberg made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. The supporters of Hungary booed when FC Zorro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Ove Colin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The FC Zorro fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
