After 23 minutes BK Gunilla's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Chris Nygaard who took care of the corner kick. Isaac Haraldsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Keld Paulsen. Denmark's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Axel Thidén. BK Gunilla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chris Nygaard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 37 minutes, Henry Nyqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BK Gunilla and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. Axel Thidén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertram Svenningsen in the 38th minute of the match. Lars Steen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Thidén having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The throw-in from William Olenberg in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Olav Graversen. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olav Graversen during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th minute, Olav Graversen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Timmy Skog's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keld Paulsen was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pål Östlund in the 85th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Axel Thidén prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Axel Thidén made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chris Nygaard in the 91st minute. Bertram Svenningsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Denmark left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than BK Gunilla.
