In the 6th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Somarriba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s goalie and right to Linus Schwerner. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Frank Sachs hit a great ball. With his leg Tommy Kahn managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Mogel Gordo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 20th minute, ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Mogel Gordo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Gutierrre Olmedo charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gutierrre Olmedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Gutierrre Olmedo hit a great ball. Tiago Somarriba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute, Frank Sachs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiago Somarriba was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 40th minute, Albin Holweck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Albin Holweck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Somarriba having to interfere.

In the 52nd minute, Germany's Frank Sachs dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Albin Holweck hit a great ball. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mogel Gordo, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jayvier Archuleta during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 66th minute, Jayvier Archuleta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Tiago Somarriba managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Germany's Frank Sachs fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Somarriba having to interfere. Tiago Somarriba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Sachs's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. It was beautiful to see Germany's Ulrich Stein in action when he in the 84th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After 87 played minutes ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ got a freekick which was hit by Jayvier Archuleta. In the 93rd minute Mogel Gordo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Germany had controlled the match.
