Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Meesters in the 4th minute of play forced Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goalkeeper Hokky Mur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hokky Mur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 4th minute of the match. Lars Meesters was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Hokky Mur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 11th minute of the match. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goalkeeper Hokky Mur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hokky Mur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 27th minute of play forced Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goalkeeper Hokky Mur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hokky Mur was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Hokky Mur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Hokky Mur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hokky Mur came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer. But to his dismay, Gijsbert ter Kruimer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Dan Lindström fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hockeysnubbarnas BK's protests and gave Dan Lindström a yellow card for diving instead. After 46 played minutes Hockeysnubbarnas BK got a freekick which was hit by Dan Lindström. The Hockeysnubbarnas BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Netherlands were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ivan Josefsson made a kick off. Hokky Mur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wim Wilmes in the 52nd minute. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 53rd minute. David Eikelkamp made a great header on Netherlands's corner, it was just that Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Hokky Mur managed to reach the ball for a save. After 59 played minutes Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Hokky Mur stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Hockeysnubbarnas BK of the goal. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Hokky Mur to make any attempt to save it. David Eikelkamp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hokky Mur having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hokky Mur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Hokky Mur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Netherlands's Egbert Nijveldt getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 80th minute. Netherlands's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Dan Lindström got a free kick in the 81st minute. 82 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hokky Mur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Gustaaf Groeneveldt kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 85thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Hockeysnubbarnas BK's keeper Hokky Mur was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Hokky Mur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 86th minute of play. After 87 minutes Hockeysnubbarnas BK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Kees Mooiweer heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hokky Mur. Gijsbert ter Kruimer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. 96 minutes into the match, Wim Wilmes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hokky Mur. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wim Wilmes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. When the match was over Netherlands could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hockeysnubbarnas BK throughout the match.
