Oséas Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 17th minute of the match. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. If Gylippus Panayiotopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cássio de Alcântara's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Wilson Amorim skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Oséas Albuquerque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Pimentel in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Felipe Barreto hit a great ball. Natanael Furlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Amorim having to interfere. After some careless play in the Jukatriz defense, Daniel Pimentel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oséas Albuquerque. The Jukatriz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oséas Albuquerque should have stopped the shot. Gylippus Panayiotopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Cerezuela in the 36th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 1-1 became the score in the 42nd minute when Cássio de Alcântara elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Wilson Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 77th minute, Fabricio Andrade fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience was convinced that Bartolomeu Dias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oséas Albuquerque was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 82nd minute of play forced Jukatriz's goalkeeper Oséas Albuquerque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
