Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with the kick off. Co Rona lost his temper 6 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 9th minute there was a penalty for Netherlands. Gijsbert ter Kruimer stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Willian Cuesta. 0-1. Willian Cuesta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Meesters in the 19th minute of play. With an all-out effort, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Arnout Reekers threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 24 minutes into the game, Milosz Majczyk recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnout Reekers. Milosz Majczyk showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Milosz Majczyk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnout Reekers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. If Milosz Majczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Milosz Majczyk was the one to do the kick off. Gustaaf Groeneveldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Willian Cuesta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wim Wilmes in the 56th minute. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Felipe Muñoz was substituted for Milosz Majczyk. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Muñoz in the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute ARES FC DeusDeFutbol were awarded a corner. 郝森建 went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's corner 郝森建 fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arnout Reekers quite easily take care of the ball. Wim Wilmes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Willian Cuesta made a huge save. In the 69th minute of the match ARES FC DeusDeFutbol got a corner. Netherlands's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 郝森建 ran over to the corner to take the kick. 74 minutes into the match, Wim Wilmes notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Willian Cuesta. Willian Cuesta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Netherlands's Lars Meesters got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Willian Cuesta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 93rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Ian Andersson got a free kick in the 95th minute. The ARES FC DeusDeFutbol supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Netherlands's performance. The match ended with a win for Netherlands.
