Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dominic Allwright made the kick off which started today's match. Tom Hughes came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Scotland's Fletcher Main. But to his dismay, Fletcher Main quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Scotland's Kian MacGregor got a free kick in the 9th minute. Ayaan McGowan made in the 11th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Kayden Ward. 15 minutes into the match, Fawards's goalkeeper Tom Hughes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fletcher Main. Toby Flynn kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Scotland's Kayden Ward got a free kick in the 18th minute. After 21st play minutes Dominic Allwright shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Alexander Higgins and just under the crossbar into goal. Tom Hughes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ashton Nelson, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Jermaine Ellerby scored 1-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexander Higgins, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Scotland's zone, Jermaine Ellerby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal and Jermaine Ellerby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the game, Fawards's Zack Chegwyn nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Higgins made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The audience was convinced that Dominic Allwright's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Higgins was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Dominic Allwright struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Alexander Higgins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fawards. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dominic Allwright in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexander Higgins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Toby Flynn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Higgins having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zac O'Donnell was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the game, Fletcher Main landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Garth Lamb's late challenge caught a Scotland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Garth Lamb helped the player get up and apologised. Scotland made a substitution. Rudi Kane replaced Fletcher Main. Tom Hughes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rudi Kane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Toby Flynn took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Alexander Higgins to make any attempt to save it. 59 minutes into the match, Zac O'Donnell notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Fawards's Tom Hughes. Tom Hughes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 62 minutes into the match, Fawards's goal looked a bit too open when Zac O'Donnell came free, but Tom Hughes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Zack Chegwyn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Higgins was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Tom Hughes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zac O'Donnell in the 69th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Scotland's zone, Dominic Allwright stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal and Dominic Allwright tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the match, Scotland's goal looked a bit too open when Jermaine Ellerby came free, but Alexander Higgins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Fawards's zone, Rudi Kane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tom Hughes came out of the goal and Rudi Kane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexander Higgins made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Zack Chegwyn sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Dominic Allwright kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alexander Higgins. That made the score 2-6 in the 80 minute of play. Fawards's Tom Hughes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zac O'Donnell in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Rudi Kane cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-6. Tom Hughes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dominic Allwright in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexander Higgins saved Scotland from getting behind. In the 96th minute Jermaine Ellerby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Higgins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Scotland fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fawards were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
