After a rather tough play, Fenerbahçe51's Devran Kuddusi got a free kick in the 8th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Clemente Anaya notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yaari Akram got free with Tommy Kahn in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Folker van Zanten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mahir Sanak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frank Sachs was slow to take the kick. During this time Germany's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Germany's corner Frank Sachs fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mahir Sanak quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mahir Sanak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yaari Akram, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Clemente Anaya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Clemente Anaya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yaari Akram scored 7-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Fenerbahçe51 were the better team. Fenerbahçe51's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
