Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Podador Raheiro took the kick off in the first half of the match. Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Ilkka Markkula played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 6th minute of play. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Deportes Santa Cruz's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. In the 18th minute of the match, Marcus Edström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fodor Daniel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 19 played minutes Club Deportes Santa Cruz got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Tupper. Ilkka Markkula showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. A hard shot 30 in the game by Podador Raheiro from a close distance when the talented Fodor Daniel managed to make a qualified save. Hungary's players were relieved. In the 32nd minute, Antal Valentin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ilkka Markkula showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Fodor Daniel was a little too slow when Marcus Edström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Takacs Tibor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ilkka Markkula tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Ilkka Markkula made a huge save. In the 54th minute, Antal Valentin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ilkka Markkula. The goal made the score 1-2. The Hungary fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Hungary's Antal Valentin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Club Deportes Santa Cruz made a substitution. Trayko Gradinarski replaced Podador Raheiro. Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Yan Zhi Chuan got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 67 minutes into the match, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Yan Zhi Chuan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 69 minutes into the match, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's goalkeeper Ilkka Markkula had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Balazs Lajos. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Tupper in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 82 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rd minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Shi Yuan hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Ilkka Markkula got control of the ball when Balazs Lajos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Raimundo Tupper scored 2-4 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fodor Daniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 94 minutes into the match, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Ilkka Markkula reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Club Deportes Santa Cruz fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
