Janik Vogt hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Edvard Hellqvist from long distance, 16 minutes into the match, got Tommy Kahn's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Edvin Blixt in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Björnlunda IF's goalkeeper Stefan Eklund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Björnlunda IF booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janik Vogt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute, Simon Wennersten left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Björnlunda IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Frank Sachs ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Wennersten was the one to do the kick off. Sven-Edvin Blixt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 54 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Willy Stieler. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Simon Wennersten went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Janik Vogt kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Sven-Edvin Blixt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Stefan Eklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 72nd minute of play. Boris Käcker hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Stefan Eklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Holweck, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stefan Eklund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stefan Eklund made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target.
