Balazs Lajos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Vecdi Yurday tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexei Perju in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fodor Daniel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Selçuk Durcan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Selçuk Durcan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 14th minute of play forced GÜMELİSPOR's goalkeeper Vecdi Yurday to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. Vecdi Yurday took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. If Alexei Perju had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Gürcan Özkut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 35th minute of play forced GÜMELİSPOR's goalkeeper Vecdi Yurday to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A very good chance for a goal. 46 minutes into the match, Hungary's Antal Valentin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vecdi Yurday narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vecdi Yurday made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 56th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gökcan Ünaldi during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th match minute, GÜMELİSPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gökcan Ünaldi to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, GÜMELİSPOR's Ulvi Oğuzhan got a free kick in the 59th minute. Major Barna took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vecdi Yurday. Vecdi Yurday dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Takacs Tibor hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the game, Selçuk Durcan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GÜMELİSPOR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. In the 71st minute, Selçuk Durcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Major Barna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vecdi Yurday read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. When Antal Valentin fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hungary's protests and gave Antal Valentin a yellow card for diving instead. Antal Valentin hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the game, Ulvi Oğuzhan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GÜMELİSPOR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Major Barna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vecdi Yurday having to make a save. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. 89 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vecdi Yurday. Antal Valentin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. With an all-out effort, Hungary's Vecdi Yurday threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Takacs Tibor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Hungary booed when GÜMELİSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Uxio didn't get a good kick on the ball. GÜMELİSPOR's Vecdi Yurday played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 95th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Major Barna notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of GÜMELİSPOR's Vecdi Yurday. Vecdi Yurday was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than GÜMELİSPOR.
