Damir Paljić was slow to take the kick. During this time Velika Greda's players had a chance to rest. Velika Greda's Damir Paljić was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tommy Kahn in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 21st minute of the match, Damir Paljić tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tommy Kahn saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Damir Paljić sped through Germany's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. Damir Paljić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Borisav Ćuzović scored 4-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damir Paljić in the 95th minute of play.
