After a rather tough play, Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's Dávid Győrfi got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 20th minute Levente Pucheli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Alex Zádori managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's supporters rose to their feet, but Alex Zádori was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Sachs to strike the kick off in the second half. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Levente Pucheli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Levente Pucheli in the 62nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Vendel Sass in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
