Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Tobias Faro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobias Faro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Denmark's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chris Nygaard in the 13th minute. Renato Mac Clure could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. Denmark's Keld Paulsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Denmark from getting a goal against them. Renato Mac Clure was extremely unlucky when he, in the 22nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 27th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Faro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
