The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Edward Vanderstraeten came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Belgium fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edward Vanderstraeten couldn't finish the play. Unndór Takeris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Casper Claes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Liu Hui Qi in the 8th minute. Casper Claes made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Liu Hui Qi sent off a good shot on target. Yves Dervaux's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucjan Sedzikowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucjan Sedzikowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. Casper Claes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ging Gang in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Sedzikowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucjan Sedzikowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yves Dervaux, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Randkleve's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Lucjan Sedzikowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucjan Sedzikowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute Yves Dervaux shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Sedzikowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casper Claes came out and tried to block the shot, but Liu Hui Qi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 36th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucjan Sedzikowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Randkleve booed when Belgium was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurens Vandamme didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jørgen Eisland during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Randkleve's Dragolyub Pastirov got a free kick in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edward Vanderstraeten to make the kick off. Unndór Takeris kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 54th minute of play forced Randkleve's goalkeeper Lucjan Sedzikowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Laurens Vandamme hit a great ball. Edward Vanderstraeten scored 1-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucjan Sedzikowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liu Hui Qi, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Al Bundy came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edward Vanderstraeten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Lucjan Sedzikowski made a huge save. Al Bundy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Al Bundy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liu Hui Qi in the 85th minute of play. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liu Hui Qi, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The Randkleve fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Randkleve's Liu Hui Qi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Randkleve! Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucjan Sedzikowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dragolyub Pastirov kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Belgium players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Randkleve.
