But to his dismay, Tobiasz Gniech quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 25 minutes into the match, France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tobiasz Gniech. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Tobiasz Gniech put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Maxime Durand. David Barbier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Kacper Tobias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maciej Trynda was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Maciej Trynda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maxime Durand was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 60th minute, Przemyslaw Hajduk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the France defense, Maciej Trynda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maxime Durand. The France fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maxime Durand should have stopped the shot. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maciej Trynda in the 66th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maciej Trynda in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxime Durand saved France from getting behind. 67 minutes into the match, Moneteria's Maciej Trynda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maxime Durand narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Moneteria's Maciej Trynda got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Moneteria made a substitution. Przemyslaw Lipinski replaced Konstanty Komornicki. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Peletier in the 72nd minute of play forced Moneteria's goalkeeper Kacper Tobias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camille Baume sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maciej Trynda in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Moneteria's goal looked a bit too open when Camille Baume came free, but Kacper Tobias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Jean Bombelles threw the ball into play from the sideline. Moneteria's Kazimierz Kolano quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.
