Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the game, Sven Krakouer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wyoming Cowboys the free kick. After 4 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Sven Krakouer. 5 minutes into the match, Lanny Lilly notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 7 minutes into the match, Wyoming Cowboys's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Henning Berglund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Germany's Albin Holweck got a free kick in the 19th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henning Berglund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32nd minute Albin Holweck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henning Berglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, Wyoming Cowboys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lanny Lilly to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great ball. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Wyoming Cowboys's Lanny Lilly. But to his dismay, Lanny Lilly quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Willy Stieler hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Henning Berglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 46 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lanny Lilly. 46 minutes into the game, Albin Holweck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wyoming Cowboys the free kick. In the 46th minute, Albin Holweck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Lanny Lilly kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 3-0 in the 47 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Lanny Lilly in the 54th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Frank Sachs's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henning Berglund was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. When Germany's Frank Sachs in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wyoming Cowboys's goalie prevented a goal. After 60 minutes, Frank Sachs made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Wyoming Cowboys's Henning Berglund tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Leif Jespersson charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leif Jespersson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 65 played minutes Wyoming Cowboys got a freekick which was hit by Leif Jespersson. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin McNamara in the 68th minute of the match. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin McNamara in the 78th minute of play. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henning Berglund having to make a save. Albin Holweck got his second yellow card in the match during the 83rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 90 minutes into the match, Wyoming Cowboys's goalkeeper Henning Berglund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. Wyoming Cowboys's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
