In the 3rd minute, Angelo Verdone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 4th match minute, PowerHawKings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damiano Tatangelo to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvise Di Leonardo. After 8 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Hegedus Henrik. PowerHawKings's Damiano Tatangelo got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th match minute, PowerHawKings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvise Di Leonardo to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cüneyd Bektaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after PowerHawKings's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. The corner led Hungary's Antal Valentin to fire away a dangerous shot which Cüneyd Bektaş despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damiano Tatangelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Damiano Tatangelo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fodor Daniel. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. Cüneyd Bektaş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 22nd minute of play forced PowerHawKings's goalkeeper Cüneyd Bektaş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antal Valentin in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cüneyd Bektaş saved PowerHawKings from getting behind. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damiano Tatangelo in the 29th minute of play. Damiano Tatangelo might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fodor Daniel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damiano Tatangelo ran back to his position shaking his head. Cüneyd Bektaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 35th minute of the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Alvise Di Leonardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PowerHawKings's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvise Di Leonardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damiano Tatangelo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvise Di Leonardo in the 53rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Damiano Tatangelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Damiano Tatangelo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Cüneyd Bektaş made a huge save. PowerHawKings's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
