Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Armada's Manole Nișu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mircea Todea's late challenge caught a Izaltina FAD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mircea Todea helped the player get up and apologised. Izaltina FAD's Christiano Tavares shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 4th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Sergiu Rădescu but with some difficulty. Mircea Todea kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. The supporters of Armada booed when Izaltina FAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar de Godoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11thth minute of the game Claudinei Palmeira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Armada's Sergiu Rădescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Marian Panaitescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute Gino de Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergiu Rădescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gino de Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Armada's Mircea Todea managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Waldir Mendes in the 21 minute of the game. Sergiu Rădescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudinei Palmeira's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Sergiu Rădescu made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Gino de Lima sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th minute, Mircea Todea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gino de Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudinei Palmeira struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Sergiu Rădescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Izaltina FAD. When Maxim Huștiu fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Armada's protests and gave Maxim Huștiu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th match minute, Armada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxim Huștiu to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Armada's zone, Gino de Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sergiu Rădescu came out of the goal and Gino de Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gino de Lima got free with Sergiu Rădescu in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Sergiu Rădescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gino de Lima in the 53rd minute of play. Claudinei Palmeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Claudinei Palmeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute of the match Bernardinho de Senna sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sergiu Rădescu skillfully saved the ball. After 63 minutes of play Armada's Mircea Todea was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 64 played minutes Armada got a freekick which was hit by Mircea Todea. Manole Nișu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claudinei Palmeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergiu Rădescu having to interfere. José Vítor Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Sergiu Rădescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 73 played minutes Armada got a freekick which was hit by Sever Grigoroiu. In the 74th minute Gino de Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergiu Rădescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Izaltina FAD's Dráusio Oliveira got control of the ball when Manole Nișu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th match minute, Izaltina FAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Moreira to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes in the game, Manole Nișu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dráusio Oliveira having to interfere. Diguinho Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Sergiu Rădescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diguinho Mendonça in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sergiu Rădescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marian Panaitescu charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marian Panaitescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
