In the 8th minute of the match, Moritz Christe tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mauro Carioca saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Pinkus Mack received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Mauro Carioca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cléber dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Nölting having to interfere. Achmed Bani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. LRCA Office Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Pinkus Mack scored to the left of an out of position Mauro Carioca, making the score, 2-0. Mauro Carioca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carsten Boy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Achmed Bani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the game, Toke Chute was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LRCA Office Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Academica Pulheim the free kick. After 20 played minutes LRCA Office Club got a freekick which was hit by Toke Chute. In the 22nd minute, Carsten Boy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Academica Pulheim fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Meinolf Rebe struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Mauro Carioca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Academica Pulheim. Mauro Carioca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moritz Christe, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Pinkus Mack sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pinkus Mack's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mauro Carioca firmly grabbed it by the left post. Academica Pulheim's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Moritz Christe in the 33rd minute. After taking down the ball on Academica Pulheim's corner Moritz Christe fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mauro Carioca quite easily take care of the ball. 34 minutes into the match, LRCA Office Club's goal looked a bit too open when Carsten Boy came free, but Mauro Carioca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th play minute Achmed Bani came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mauro Carioca. 4-0. LRCA Office Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Meinolf Rebe scored to the left of an out of position Mauro Carioca, making the score, 5-0. Mauro Carioca was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Moritz Christe showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 45 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pinkus Mack got free with Mauro Carioca in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Moritz Christe to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the LRCA Office Club defense, Moritz Christe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mauro Carioca. The LRCA Office Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mauro Carioca should have stopped the shot. Luís Fábio Mandrak hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes LRCA Office Club got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fábio Mandrak. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conny Stober in the 63rd minute of play forced LRCA Office Club's goalkeeper Mauro Carioca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauro Carioca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moritz Christe in the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conny Stober in the 68th minute of play forced LRCA Office Club's goalkeeper Mauro Carioca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Moritz Christe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mauro Carioca was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Academica Pulheim's Edgar Gomminginger was substituted for Meinolf Rebe. After 79 minutes of play, Academica Pulheim's Edgar Gomminginger made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauro Carioca was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mauro Carioca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carsten Boy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauro Carioca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Gomminginger, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Ali Köpsel sped through LRCA Office Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mauro Carioca. Mauro Carioca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carsten Boy's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Toke Chute hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Academica Pulheim players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
