Nicasio Abad made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Mehat Kovaçi sent off a good shot on target. Equipo were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jairo Zambrano took the corner. If Mehat Kovaçi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 43 minutes into the match, Peter Blomkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ismael Furman. Equipo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peter Blomkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After having played for 55 minutes, Peter Blomkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Blomkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Javier Aguirre hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th match minute, Equipo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Lluterio to maneuver through the defense. Equipo's 胡益桦 was substituted for Unai Papachronopoulos. Equipo made a substitution. Bruno Beugnet replaced Mehat Kovaçi. Equipo's Sid Todd managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Samuel Nava in the 65 minute of the game. If Antonio Alzamendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Equipo's Bruno Beugnet got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pietro Salles might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Furman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pietro Salles ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 77th minute of the match, Pietro Salles tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ismael Furman saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Bruno Beugnet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Nicasio Abad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute of the game Jairo Zambrano made a throw-in which Bruno Beugnet played forward. Ismael Furman came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Pietro Salles. But to his dismay, Pietro Salles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Equipo's Bruno Beugnet got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
