With a little luck, Fashions del Averno's Gianluca Kán got control of the ball when Marek Torm tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fashions del Averno's Gianluca Kán proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Fashions del Averno from getting a goal against them. Marek Torm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Gianluca Kán made a huge save. If Marco Cantona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fashions del Averno's Raul Agu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lucrețiu Filipașcu in the 23 minute of the game. Fashions del Averno's Gianluca Kán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Cantona in the 29th minute of play. After 30 played minutes Vikingos FC got a freekick which was hit by Marek Torm. In the 37th minute of the match Fashions del Averno got a corner. Vikingos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hernan Laurendi ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Dantel Lama managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Gianluca Kán was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Marco Cantona capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marco Cantona really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 45th minute of the game Tarmo Kaare made a throw-in which Marco Cantona played forward.

Fashions del Averno made a substitution. Tora Raba replaced Francesco Abbagnale. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marco Cantona to make the kick off. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Fashions del Averno's goalkeeper Gianluca Kán, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gianluca Kán came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Vikingos FC's Marco Cantona. But to his dismay, Marco Cantona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Cássio Lopes kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Marco Cantona made a precise shot to the right of Gianluca Kán. Fashions del Averno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Vikingos FC's Marcelo Perico was substituted for Roque Vito. Vikingos FC's Luciano Lleir was substituted for Cássio Lopes. Vikingos FC made a substitution. Ladislao Erramu replaced Marco Cantona. Ladislao Erramu took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gianluca Kán. Gianluca Kán dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Marcelo Perico might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gianluca Kán. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcelo Perico ran back to his position shaking his head.
