If Evelio Inguanzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Erhan Eroğul managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Zé Pedro Dias in the 78 minute of the game. In the 79th minute, Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Evelio Inguanzo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dieguinho Leite. Dieguinho Leite yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Evelio Inguanzo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dieguinho Leite having to make a save. In the 86th minute, Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Evelio Inguanzo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dieguinho Leite. Dieguinho Leite yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evelio Inguanzo in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dieguinho Leite prevented the ball from getting in the gole. São Salvador's Dieguinho Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Inguanzo in the 91st minute of play. Hermann Hesse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vito Veloso in the 95th minute of play. The São Salvador supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Deportivo Popolizio FBC's performance. The match ended with a win for Deportivo Popolizio FBC.
