After a defensive mix-up in AIF's zone, João Barone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marek Szostak came out of the goal and João Barone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 12 minutes into the match, AIF's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Cavalera came free, but Marek Szostak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Igor Cavalera came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Ogro F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Cavalera couldn't finish the play. Igor Cavalera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Marek Szostak made a huge save. Igor Cavalera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marek Szostak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind AIF's goalkeeper Marek Szostak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the AIF defense, Igor Cavalera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marek Szostak. AIF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. AIF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Igor Cavalera scored to the left of an out of position Marek Szostak, making the score, 6-0. Marek Szostak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Cavalera's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. With his leg Marek Szostak managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Ogro F.C.'s Igor Cavalera fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kent Smefeldt to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Dan Zimmermann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Szostak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Igor Cavalera sped through AIF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marek Szostak. In the 90th minute, Gunnar Klemensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
