The audience thought a goal was coming when Göran Hedin got free with Fodor Daniel in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute, Marchu FC's Peter Jutz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Balazs Lajos got a free kick in the 17th minute. When Hungary's Antal Valentin in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marchu FC's goalie prevented a goal. Aurelio Mergildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 23rd minute of play. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Birger Lilja in the 33rd minute. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 林卫适 in the 55th minute of play. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Jutz, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Marchu FC's Aurelio Mergildo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Marchu FC from getting a goal against them. Aurelio Mergildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bakos Endre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 林卫适 in the 79th minute of the match. After 89 played minutes, Marchu FC's Iker Guifre shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fodor Daniel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Marchu FC reached it. Hungary's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Marchu FC had won, even though Hungary had held more of the ball.
