The ball had pretty good speed, but Fodor Daniel firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Akkerman in the 14th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Balazs Lajos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Antal Valentin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matthijs Meerdink was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. When Hungary's Antal Valentin in 18 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dante Martinelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 26thth minute of the game Flavius Pantea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 27th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthijs Meerdink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. FC Kirchroa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. When FC Kirchroa's Flavius Pantea in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hungary's goalie prevented a goal. After 55 minutes FC Kirchroa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Antal Valentin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 63rd minute, Yağız Kartay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matthijs Meerdink acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 64th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Antal Valentin. In the 69th minute, Major Barna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matthijs Meerdink was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 73rd minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. FC Kirchroa's Matthijs Meerdink proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save FC Kirchroa from getting a goal against them. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriaan van Schaik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 played minutes FC Kirchroa got a freekick which was hit by Reinis Erharts. Matthijs Meerdink came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Hegedus Henrik. But to his dismay, Hegedus Henrik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a little luck, FC Kirchroa's Matthijs Meerdink got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adriaan van Schaik hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Kirchroa were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Reinis Erharts took the corner. A very nice done corner allowed Joep Jochemsen to score against Fodor Daniel in Hungary's goal. 1-2 after 91 minutes. FC Kirchroa's Thijs Nelissen was substituted for Olof Hegg. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Kirchroa.
