Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Viriato Moura started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Paolo Rossi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wilson Amorim. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Montesacro FC's Giacomo Casanova played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Montesacro FC's goalkeeper Giacomo Casanova, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Paolo Rossi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Montesacro FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loco Palermo in the 19th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anthony Del Gatto hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 25th match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Miranda to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Montesacro FC's Paolo Rossi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 30th minute of play forced Montesacro FC's goalkeeper Giacomo Casanova to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabricio Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Giacomo Casanova tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Paolo Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. Giacomo Casanova made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Loco Palermo was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Montesacro FC's goalkeeper Giacomo Casanova had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Barreto. Giacomo Casanova made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Moreira in the 57th minute of play. Giacomo Casanova showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 58th minute of the match. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Giacomo Casanova having to make a save. Daniel Pimentel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giacomo Casanova having to interfere. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Rossi in the 68th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Paolo Rossi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Paolo Rossi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Rossi in the 79th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, Portugal's Felipinho Amorim dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-1. 84 minutes into the game, Daniel Pimentel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Giacomo Casanova was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Montesacro FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Portugal for a fine match.
