The crowd rose to their feet as Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Felipe Ralondo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wilson Amorim. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Teodosio Sergi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Sergi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Lε COCO SρσяtiV's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Teodosio Sergi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Freddy Hernando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Hernando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wilson Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Ralondo's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Joar Hammarström made in the 34th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Bernardo Brun immediately put the ball in play. The supporters of Lε COCO SρσяtiV booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Caetano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Felipe Ralondo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wilson Amorim. That made the score 2-0 after 38 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Qu Yun got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Rosendo Danel charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rosendo Danel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rosendo Danel kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Felipe Ralondo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Ralondo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Viriato Moura made the kick off in the second half. Portugal's Rodolfo Miranda was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Teodosio Sergi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 55 minutes into the match, Portugal's Felipe Barreto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teodosio Sergi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Teodosio Sergi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 59th minute of play. The supporters of Portugal booed when Lε COCO SρσяtiV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Brun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodosio Sergi made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Felipe Barreto sent off a good shot on target. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Ralondo in the 65th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Viriato Moura got free with Teodosio Sergi in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teodosio Sergi having to make a save. Lε COCO SρσяtiV made a substitution. Carmelo Tiniebra replaced Qu Yun. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Florentino Dacio was substituted for Felipe Ralondo. The throw-in from Joar Hammarström in the 83rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Portugal's Daniel Pimentel. Teodosio Sergi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Pimentel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute of the match Portugal got a corner. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Pimentel ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Rodolfo Miranda to score against Teodosio Sergi in Lε COCO SρσяtiV's goal. 3-1 after 88 minutes. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodolfo Miranda during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, Rodolfo Miranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Portugal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lε COCO SρσяtiV.
