Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stasio Bienienda in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beniamin Sakowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 22 minutes, Stasio Bienienda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stasio Bienienda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Jurand Zawadzki kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 3-0 in the 24 minute of play. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beniamin Sakowicz having to interfere. When Stasio Bienienda came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stasio Bienienda couldn't finish the play. In the 36th minute, Mariusz Niemoj got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 38 minutes, Stasio Bienienda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
