In the 28th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Rosado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Ibis Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Pedro Rosado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Rosado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eurico Peixoto in the 93rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Eurico Peixoto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ibis Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eurico Peixoto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hungary were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Ibis Football Club to leave the ground with a draw.
