Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Albert Fitzgerald made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute, Albert Fitzgerald reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tommy Kahn. The goal made the score 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norman Brent in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Guus Zalm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great ball. Cecilio Fagildo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tommy Kahn. Germany's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ross Ingram might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ross Ingram ran back to his position shaking his head. Albert Fitzgerald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guus Zalm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Aithan Dalahl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ray Titmuss in the 34th minute. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Albert Fitzgerald got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 39 minutes into the match, Frank Sachs notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of CAFC1905's Guus Zalm. Guus Zalm was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Germany's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ross Ingram 45 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guus Zalm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Norman Brent scored 3-1 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albert Fitzgerald in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norman Brent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guus Zalm having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, CAFC1905's goalkeeper Guus Zalm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. In the 73rd minute, Daniel Parkin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Parkin kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The supporters of Germany booed when CAFC1905 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aithan Dalahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Albin Holweck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guus Zalm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. In the 80th match minute, CAFC1905 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Cayron to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Marcel Cayron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Itzhak Gilaon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CAFC1905's Seth Ealham was substituted for Daniel Parkin. In the 88th minute CAFC1905 were awarded a corner. Cecilio Fagildo went to the cornerflag to take it. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Itzhak Gilaon's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Malte Schiele hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Germany's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
