Kattvik kings's Alvar Arvidsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 21st minute of play forced Kattvik kings's goalkeeper Alvar Arvidsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jürgen Trittin in the 27th minute of play. John Bratt had several of the Hungary's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 29 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Fodor Daniel as he didn't even see the shot coming. If John Bratt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Jürgen Trittin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fodor Daniel. The goal made the score 2-0. With his leg Fodor Daniel managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Kattvik kings's John Bratt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the Kattvik kings defense, Major Barna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvar Arvidsson. The Kattvik kings fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvar Arvidsson should have stopped the shot. Jürgen Trittin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell John Bratt to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Kattvik kings's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Alvar Arvidsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. Alvar Arvidsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 56th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when John Bratt came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Kattvik kings booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hegedus Henrik didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Alvar Arvidsson in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jürgen Trittin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 71st minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Antal Valentin came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alvar Arvidsson could save by the left post. After 84 played minutes Kattvik kings got a freekick which was hit by Reine Kinnman. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şenel Zeval, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when John Bratt came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute Şenel Zeval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reine Kinnman hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, Kattvik kings could leave the field as winners, despite Hungary having more of the ball for most of the match.
