Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Boomerang Bombers's Henry Tolsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Carl Askelöf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 2nd minute of play. In the 3rd minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Boomerang Bombers's Carl Askelöf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Boomerang Bombers's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Carl Askelöf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Balazs Lajos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Balazs Lajos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Askelöf breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Askelöf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Boomerang Bombers's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carl Askelöf came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Carl Askelöf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Henry Tolsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Boomerang Bombers's goal looked a bit too open when Hegedus Henrik came free, but Carl Askelöf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carl Askelöf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Askelöf having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Tolsson in the 42nd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Hungary's Antal Valentin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carl Askelöf narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antal Valentin to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Boomerang Bombers's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carl Askelöf came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55th minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Tolsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary were furious when Katona Janos was red carded, 63 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hungary! In the 65th minute, Esbjörn Olofsson made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 67th minute Billy Sundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Carl Askelöf in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carl Askelöf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 76th minute of play. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arman Högström in the 77th minute of play. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 85 played minutes Boomerang Bombers got a freekick which was hit by Esbjörn Olofsson. Boomerang Bombers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Major Barna scored to the left of an out of position Carl Askelöf, making the score, 1-1. 91 minutes into the match, Boomerang Bombers's Åke Lundström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Tolsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Hungary players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
