Serginho Barbosas short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Fodor Daniel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 7 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeu Maranhense. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antal Valentin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15 minutes of play, Hungary's Antal Valentin made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeu Maranhense was left in no man's land by his defense there! Takacs Tibor took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amadeu Maranhense. Amadeu Maranhense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Ulisses Marquez's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulisses Marquez helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Ulisses Marquez hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serginho Barbosa during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amadeu Maranhense came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Amadeu Maranhense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 37th minute of play. Serginho Barbosa hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Maranhense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Antal Valentin. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. Hegedus Henrik kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Balazs Lajos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Amadeu Maranhense firmly grabbed it by the left post. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Amadeu Maranhense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Ulisses Marquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Ulisses Marquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ulisses Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bakos Endre didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Rafael Gaspar managed to get in a good position for a shot. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael Gaspar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antal Valentin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amadeu Maranhense came out and tried to block the shot, but Antal Valentin slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 77th minute. After a rather tough play, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's José Paulo Massa got a free kick in the 84th minute. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaltino Maraschin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serginho Barbosa in the 95th minute of the match. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
