Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Hurboc's Apalasuka Moco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Hurboc getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Ricardo Baumar hit a great ball. In the 4th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ignacio Quintun was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Apalasuka Moco. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ignacio Quintun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Quintun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute of the match Belgium got a corner. Hurboc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edward Vanderstraeten ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Yves Dervaux almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hurboc's Ignacio Quintun did a great save. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Yves Dervaux sped through Hurboc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ignacio Quintun. Yves Dervaux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hurboc were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Belgium's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ermegildo Theobald took the corner. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ignacio Quintun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edward Vanderstraeten to make the kick off. Ignacio Quintun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 51st minute of the match. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Theobald in the 52nd minute of play. If Edward Vanderstraeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Belgium's zone, Ermegildo Theobald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casper Claes came out of the goal and Ermegildo Theobald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ignacio Quintun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ignacio Quintun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Hurboc's Ignacio Quintun got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Edward Vanderstraeten put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Ignacio Quintun. Ignacio Quintun made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a good shot on target. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hurboc's goalkeeper Ignacio Quintun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edward Vanderstraeten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Ignacio Quintun made a huge save. Ignacio Quintun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 85th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Damian Enekoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hurboc's supporters rose to their feet, but Damian Enekoitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casper Claes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 91st minute of play forced Hurboc's goalkeeper Ignacio Quintun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ignacio Quintun made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a good shot on target. 95 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Apalasuka Moco came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Belgium's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
