Wilson Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luisinho Uribe in the 3rd minute. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisinho Uribe in the 5th minute of play. Luisinho Uribe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Amorim having to interfere. The supporters of Portugal booed when Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Truylos Gonzalez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mihnea Plăcintă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 11th minute of the match. Luisinho Uribe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Luisinho Uribe sent off a good shot on target. Wilson Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luisinho Uribe in the 18th minute. Mihnea Plăcintă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Pimentel in the 20th minute of play. Felipe Barreto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mihnea Plăcintă read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. After some careless play in the Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 defense, Felipe Barreto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mihnea Plăcintă. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luisinho Uribe to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luisinho Uribe in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Amorim saved Portugal from getting behind. For all the effort they put into the match, the Portugal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Los Ángeles de Charlie 2.
